Steve cotter extreme kettlebell workout

I'm not new to working out, but just started kettlebell workouts. This is the most challenging kettlebell workout that I came across. I especially like finishing the workout with the core workout. The DVD is in very good shape. Or just pick out a few different routines.

One of my best purchases. The title of this DVD does not lie it is extreme! The only thing I do different then Keith Weber because I am not in as good shape nor as strong is I sheve with a 10lb Yes - 10lbs Kettlebell in order to do the entire workout.

I started it off with my 54lbs bell, but had to revert to my 35 because it is so intense. Its worth every penny. This workout provides one of the best full body routines I have ever had the pleasure of self-torturing myself with! Its a definite "no brainer" Purchase it!! Glossily produced, it isn't, but those who just want a good, advanced program to follow along with will be pleased. I guess what I like best Is Keith does not talk a lot, great pace and great music.

Thank you Keith, Best, John Redos. He does 10 of each exercise sometimes 10 each sidewhich is cool for us ADHD folk. HR was in the 's, forearms were on fire, couldn't even hold onto it, so called it a day.

This is what exercise and Kettlebells are all about! I workout hours a day, and Keith's 45min routine was by far one of the most challenging, xetreme rewarding circuits I have ever done. I have to admit, it kicked my butt! The core section is awesome to.

There's no mucking around, just six plus quick and brutal workouts.

I've been working out with kettlebells for a few years, but never really put together a well established routine with them - I was just doing a few of the exercises swings, snatches, etc. I'll be first in line to buy it. Keith's swing pace is fast for me but he is also much younger.

Picking up were the first series ended, Cotter adds Keith Weber does an excellent job instructing. You can not go wrong here, your core will thank for years. Even the instructor is winded after an exercise set.

Already ordered number two in this series and waiting for a number cottrr I am 49 years old and an avid excerciser. The workouts have not been divided into chapters, so if you want to skip an exercise, you have to use the fast forward button instead of just skipping to next chapter by a simple push of a button.
