So you need to remember more things in general, even if you are interested in some random facts and topics, which you want to recall for your own pleasure without entering it into a browser or speaking it into an Apple Watch.
I found this to be true.
I've not mastered - or even become comfortable - yourr most of the techniques described in this book, but nevertheless it has aroused a dormant desire to revisit tasks that I would have put down many years ago. I implore you to actually take the time and make the remaining associations. And in our day and age of electronic devices some may say that these memory techniques have less relevance.

Kenbeth used imagery techniques to memorize names of people. But I really don't know if that means a lot of groundbreaking memory knowledge is missing from this book. The author draws upon his own experience and anecdotes and his students.
There is a lot of repitition of ideas for the various methods, but that really is somewhat to be expected. No Bullshit More on that later. Your Memory will help to expand your memory abilities beyond what you thought possible.
Your mileage may vary, but I dislike breathless hype or a carnival barker-style hard sell. It's biggest asset is on the study of memory and it's how's and why's. Kenneth book was probably one of the best organized books I've ever read. So, my friend, what's your choice? Visualize those ninjastar ties, rotating in the air, piercing you from all sides.

If you haven't seen it, do. Want to Read saving…. The brain is a powerful tool.
If you've never read a memory book, the last 90 pages meomry this one will work, but there are other more concise choices available. It took me about five minutes.
