So far, if you think Zatsiorsky established an unreachable benchmark when he released the first edition of "Science and Practise of StrengthTraining" in and the second one inthe latest expanded edition of "Supertraining" by professor Yuri Verkhoshansky is arguably the most comprehensive book ever written in regards to theory and methodology of sports training and performance.
Would you like to tell us about a lower price? I deeply regret not having read this 15 years earlier. If you are genuinely interested and have the patience to take on this book, you will learn so much.
